Industrial Knowledge
It is helpful, though not required, for our employees to be up-to-date on market trends as well as the latest news involving the industry.
Relevant Experience
We do not require that our employees have prior experience in electrical distribution or related industries. However, we do see it as a big plus.
Technological Knowledge
We like to see applicants who are "tech-savvy" before coming to work for us. However, thanks to the training that you will receive while on-boarding, this is not a requirement.
